Questions we hear every day
Are your pros licensed and insured?
Every ProFix vendor carries general liability insurance, and work that requires a license, like plumbing, HVAC and permitted electrical, is done by licensed contractors. Heating and cooling work is handled by our licensed HVAC partners. We can send a certificate of insurance on request.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free, and you get the price in writing before any work starts.
How fast can you get someone out?
Standard jobs are usually scheduled within a few business days. Next-day and emergency service are available for leaks, no heat, no AC and other urgent problems.
Do you work with property management companies?
Yes. We handle turnovers, make-ready and work orders across whole portfolios, with one invoice and before/after photos on every job. W-9 and COI are available for vendor setup.
What areas do you serve?
Chicago and the surrounding Cook, DuPage and Will County suburbs. We are expanding into Dallas–Fort Worth soon.
How do I pay?
You're invoiced after the job is complete and you've seen the photos. Property management accounts can set up net terms.
